CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are no longer able to make this appointment please email Brianna at briannajli.07@gmail.com as soon as possible
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in Brianna's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you fail to give sufficient notice more than once, you will incur a fee and wont be able to book another appointment until paid
LATE CANCELLATION FEE - First 2 times no charge, 3rd time 50% of the massage appointment cost
NO SHOW FEE - 50% of the massage appointment cost before booking the next appointment
